Our commitment to confidentiality prevents us from publicly naming our clients or displaying their company logos. We are, however, happy to provide appropriate references if required.
Our team of Project Managers are carefully chosen and our Senior Project Managers have been with the company for many years. They are all graduates and fluent in at least one other language. They fully understand the translation process and will effectively manage the workflow of your initial enquiry to final completion.
Your Project Team will be selected carefully from our resource base of professional translators, editors, proofreaders, interpreters and production specialists who share our passion for multilingual communication and outstanding service.

We will always endeavour to meet clients' deadlines, providing they do not compromise the outstanding quality of our work, which, over many years, our reputation has been built.

We are proud to have been appointed as a 'preferred supplier' to one of our most high profile clients – testimonials from them and other clients can be supplied upon request.
- Confidentiality
If required we supply appropriate 'Non Disclosure Agreements'.
- Price Level
Whilst our 'Standard Rates' are considered extremely competitive and for 'one off' orders are not negotiable, we might be able to allow discounts for ongoing volume/contractual translation work.
- Insurance
We are fully covered by 'Professional Indemnity' insurance (currently up to £2,000,000 per defence claim).
- Quality Control
Whilst our quality control procedures are rigorous, as is inevitable in the translation industry, discrepancies of opinion can and do occur. As part of our standard T&Cs we accept substantiated complaints/queries within 30 days of delivery and pursue a 'no quibbles' policy to revise free of charge.
- Credit Terms
Upon application we routinely allow credit terms of 30 days.
